"Spoke with Dulce on 11/21/24 regarding my receiving a letter from my mortgage company that they needed proof of homeowners insurance or they would purchase it and bill me for it. Dulce corrected my State Farm account as no mortgage company was showing. She had me send her a photo of the letter I received and took the appropriate steps to notify my mortgage company of my current homeowners policy with State Farm. Everything was handled perfectly in less than 1 hour. Thank you, Dulce, for the fast and excellent service."

"I first cannot say enough how much I appreciate Charles at this office OMG. He is 1 if not the best agent I have ever met. At 64 years old. I have had several good agents. But when the best in the business helps you save money with the same level of coverage in a really tuff economy when basic life has gotten challenging. He are even more appreciated. If this seems over the top. Then so be it. I ask only 1 thing of anyone who reads this. Call this man of honor. I was a trucker for 23 years and not 1 chargeable accident.
